Meet the Owners

Roger is a holder of a C-10 Electrical, C-20 HVAC and Class B General License (415903). He acquired his training from the U.S. Navy Electrical School, Vocational Courses from Palomar Community College R.O.P. ; and the Trade Union (IBEW) Electrical School. Professional Training was acquired from National University ’88 and the California State University ’92. He retired from the Department of the Navy with combined experience in Major Electrical Work, Switchboard Plant Operations, Contract Surveillance Work, and in Equipment Safety Inspections.

Roger and his Electricians have been providing Residential and Commercial work since 1981. AE&R Company DBA: Mr. Electrician is a Family Operated Business. Roger pursued a full time involvement upon his Retirement from the Navy in 1998. Roger provides continuous job site training for his Electricians to assure the Best Performance Delivery every Time.

We Maintain Work Ethics and “the Pursuit of happiness by Word of Virtue.

Allan Peter Mendaros, Our “A” Partner provides Management Support. Trained in Business, University of California, 2001.

Ellen Peter Mendaros, Our “E” partner: Oversees proper business operations in Electrical and Rental sections of the business. Trained in Business Science, Philippines. Part of her business income is shared to the very poor, less fortunate school kids in her hometown in the Philippines.

Subscribed to Mike Holt’s web-site in electrical training since 2001 in residential/commercial work including safety and good workmanship. Interact with other licensed electrical contractors in the U.S. about any electrical problems and possible solution. Subscribed to ECM and other electrical magazines to update knowledge about the latest technology in electricity.
